
Spa Policies
Cancellation Policy & Fees
All schedule changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. This includes all appointments booked at continentalspallc.com, via the Mindbody app, in person, or over the phone. Credit/Debit cards are required to be on file for appointments scheduled over the phone or in person. If you do not want a card on file, appointments must be pre-paid online. You are not required to use your credit card on file when checking out, and may pay via another credit/debit card, cash, or gift card.
Credit/debit cards on file: Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will be subject to a late cancel fee equal to 50% of the price of service. All "No Shows" will be subject to a charge equal to 100% of the price of service. Exceptions: Plasma Pen & CoolPeel service appointment late cancels and no shows are subject to a 20% fee of the price of service. "Hair, Makeup, and Teeth" services late cancels or no shows are subject to a flat $100 fee. Consultations are $20 except in the scenario where a future service is scheduled within 90 days from the date of the consultation. A $20 credit or discount will be applied at time of service checkout. Any late cancels or no shows for services in the "Botox and Filler" category are subject to fees determined by the provider.
If your credit card on file is declined/invalid when processing a late cancel or no-show fee, your account will be suspended for booking until you pay the balance of owed charges. Actively scheduled appointments will be canceled as well. If a bank chargeback is submitted, your account will be suspended for booking until you pay the balance of the owed charges plus an additional $15 for the chargeback.
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you can be properly checked-in and any necessary paperwork can be completed. In the event you arrive late, the following apply:
1. Up to 15 minutes late - Your service will be shortened or altered to accommodate for the allotted time, without a reduction to the service price.
2. More than 15 minutes late - You will be considered a "No Show” and you will be charged the no-show fee.
It is not the responsibility of Continental Spa to remind you or notify you of your scheduled and upcoming appointments beyond automated text and email notifications that are delivered to clients that have opted in to receiving one or both. It is your responsibility to verify that you are opted in with a correct phone number and email address. We are not responsible for undelivered notifications.
Prices, Services, and Service Providers
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Your service is guaranteed, not your service provider. Any purchases made at Continental Spa are not dependent on any service provider being employed at the spa, only the availability of the service(s) being offered, and no refunds will be given for services based on a service provider not being available or no longer employed. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Service time does not equal booking time unless specifically detailed (ex: 60 min massage), as each client's actual service time will vary within a range along with the time built into appointments for preparation before and after service.
Cell Phones
Please silence or turn off cellphones and other electronics while in the spa. Speak at a lower volume once you enter the spa and inform your service provider should you need to make a phone call. Cell phone usage will affect the length of your spa services.
Spa Gift Cards/Prepaid Gift Cards
We do not process returns on gift cards or reimburse any payment made with a gift card. The gift card value can be used toward a Continental Spa service or retail product. Gift cards are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed as cash. We are unable to retrieve lost gift cards in our system and we are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards must be presented in order to be redeemed. Please indicate possession of a gift card when making your appointment. A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card. We do not issue or accept Spa Finder gift cards or any other third-party gift card. Gift Cards cannot be used for any service in the "Botox & Filler" service category. Only gift cards purchased online and sent via e-delivery can be used by recipient to make purchases online, or book & pay online. Physical gift cards must be presented at time of check out. A credit card on file is still required to book an appointment in the spa or over the phone, even if a gift card is aimed to be used.
Some prepaid credit cards come with extra processing fees, which will be included in the total value of the card. These fees cannot be included in the purchase total, therefore the total value of the card is actually less than it appears. Some prepaid gift cards must also be activated before use. If your prepaid gift card is declined for any reason, it is not our responsibility to resolve the issue or check the balance and you must pay via another method.
Mindbody Account
Any client receiving service at Continental Spa must have an account with our software & booking service Mindbody. This applies to any appointment and any payment method, including gift cards received. Clients can create their own accounts at continentalspallc.com or we will create an account in the spa. We will not, under any circumstance, provide service to a client that is not registered with us and has a scheduled appointment.
Purchase Policy, Returns, & Refunds
Spa Products – If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you can return it within 7 days of the original purchase date for a replacement or refund. You must have a valid receipt.
Spa Services – We strive to provide the utmost in customer service and satisfaction with spa services provided. We will do our best to remedy any service that was not performed correctly. We do not provide refunds for spa services performed.
Pre-paid Spa Services - If you accidentally pre-purchased spa services and have not used any "packs" or applied them to a future appointment, we can refund your purchase within 7 days of the purchase. We do not provide refunds for "packs" that have been used in any way.
All pre-purchased discounted services or packages are non-refundable.
Memberships - Purchased memberships allot a specific set of benefits month to month, without carry over to the next month. Purchased memberships auto-renew month to month, with a related charge. It is your responsibility to request a cancellation of your membership before the next billing cycle. We do refund a charge once it's processed. Abuse of memberships may result in termination or restrictions placed on your account.
Expiration Dates - All pre-paid services have expiration dates. If an expiration date is not listed for a pre-paid service at the time of any purchase, the expiration date is 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards do not have expiration dates.
Refunds - We do not offer refunds, account credit, discounts, or exchanges for rendered or expired services, used pre-paid service packs, memberships that have realized benefits, purchases from specials/promos, or any other pre-payment of services that has expired. Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offers or promotions, unless specifically expressed.
Account Credit - If you accidentally pre-purchase account credit and have not used any of the credit, we can process a refund within 7 days of the purchase with a customer provided receipt only.
Cherry Payment Plans - Only available for a single purchase (1 Pack only), or a bundle of different services that total at least $500 or more. Product, Botox & Filler services, and memberships do not apply. Only services that can be prepaid for at Continental Spa apply. Once a purchase is made through Cherry, under no circumstances do we provide refunds, changes to services, or any other alteration. Because Cherry is a third party provider that processes credit and collects payments, we do not have the ability to make concessions. PLEASE be 100% sure you are making the right decision on purchases before asking us to apply Cherry credit. We are not a middleman for any Cherry services or terms, so all Cherry inquiries must be made specifically to Cherry customer service. If you are approved for Cherry credit, purchases using Cherry must be made with reception physically at the spa. We cannot process Cherry payments over the phone, via email, online, or any other method since we need the client physically present in the spa to process Cherry credit and book services. We will review which services, at what total cost will be applied against your Cherry credit, and check out those services in person. While you're not required to book at the time of payment, we do recommend doing so. Otherwise, tickets for each pre-paid service will be connected to your account and can be used at time of booking online, over the phone, or in person. There is a client confirmation process that will require you to have access to your phone or other electronic device to accept the terms of your purchase and properly check out. If you do not have access or ability to complete this, we cannot finish the process. Since Cherry is connected to your personal account, we do not have the ability for clients to use any of the technology present in the spa.
Privacy Policy
Continental Spa does not sell, distribute, or disclose any personal information about its clients or employees. Continental Spa securely stores your credit/debit card using the most recent PCI standards for your protection.
