Hydro Massage Therapy
If you can't find time to book with one of our massage therapists, prefer not to undress, or prefer not to have a therapist perform massage therapy on you, we have hydro massage therapy available. We simply call her Heidi.
Heidi is a touchless, therapist-less, smooth water wave, heated massage bed in a private room that doesn't require clothing removal. The hydro massage bed provides a full body massage with 10 different pressure settings, 4 different speed settings, and preloaded massages. A 25 minute massage provides the same benefits as a 90 minute traditional massage.

The session begins with a conversation with one of our licensed therapists. By addressing and understanding specific concerns and problem areas, our therapists can then utilize a blend of massage types and techniques to address specific needs.
Specialty Massages
Express (Hand & Foot OR Neck & Back) – 20 minutes
Our 20 minute express massage is aimed to target specific areas quickly and get you back to your day. Each express massage is performed by one of our licensed massage therapists in a private room. Only your shoes and shirt need to be removed at most. CBD and Cupping is not available.
Deep Tissue Massage – 45 minutes | 60 minutes | 90 minutes
A deeper pressure is used to address the deeper layers of the muscles with slow, concentrated strokes to release chronic muscle tension. This modality is recommended to reduce pain, improve circulation, relieve muscle spasms and more.
Ashiatsu Massage – 60 minutes | 90 minutes | 120 minutes
Uses gravity, the therapist’s body weight, and their feet to create a deeper pressure than that of a deep tissue massage. This modality offers the maximum benefits of a deep tissue massage with the relaxation of a Swedish massage.
Hot Stone Massage – 60 minutes | 90 minutes
Works to relieve tension, ease stiffness and increase circulation. The combination of massage and hot stones help to expand blood vessels, which in turn creates blood flow throughout the body. The direct heat of the stone works to relax the muscles.
