1. You have a right to control your experience
Tell your service provider what you want and don’t want in your service. Undress to your level of comfort. Always feel free to ask for accommodations and we will do our best to assist.
2. You will receive a safe & professional service
Our service providers are required to maintain a professional relationship with you. All of our employees are licensed and certified, as required by any services they perform. They will know about their services, products and be able to provide useful feedback and insights.
3. You are our highest priority
You can expect and will be provided the highest quality customer service, spa services and products. We will stand behind all three of these categories.
4. You will be treated with compassion and respect.
We are free from discrimination, verbal abuse, threats, sabotage, and bullying of any kind.
5. The right to confidentiality and privacy
Personal and health information shared with any employee or service rendered remains confidential and will not be divulged to third parties without your consent.

1. Employees will be treated with honesty and respect
Our workplace is free of verbal abuse, threats, sabotage, and bullying of any kind. As much as possible, jobs should maximize the fulfillment and development of the people doing them.
2. Our workplace will be free of discrimination
The 1964 Civil Rights Act was passed with the goal of eliminating employment discrimination. All employees will be evaluated based on how they do their jobs-without bias, prejudice, or stereotyping.
3. Our workplace will be as safe as possible
Employees will be provided with any and all protective equipment and training required to minimize their chances of getting hurt or sick on the job. We adhere to all health and safety laws pertinent to the operation of our workplace.
4. Employees have the right to confidentiality and privacy
Personal information shared with management remains confidential and will not be divulged to third parties without the express consent. All employees are also entitled to freedom from intrusion into one's personal matters and personal information.
5. Employees are entitled to appropriate pay
Employees will be paid fair wages and provided benefits while employed, to the best of our ability to do so as a small business.
